Edit your videos by naming a style.
AI Video Effects are editing styles packaged as Claude Code skills. You give Claude your video and name a style; it plans the edit, cuts it, adds the captions and graphics, checks it frame by frame and exports the finished file.

Questions
What is a Claude Code skill?
A skill is a folder of instructions and scripts that Claude Code loads when a task needs it. An editing skill tells Claude exactly how to cut, caption and lay out a video in one style, so you do not have to explain it again every time.
What do I need to run the editing skills?
Claude Code on a paid Claude plan or API access, a Mac or Linux computer with Python 3.9+ and ffmpeg, about 3 GB of free disk space for the speech and vision models, and your footage. Setup installs the rest once. Everything runs on your computer; your video is never uploaded.
Which plan includes the editing skills?
Both paid plans. Monthly ($29 a month) opens five skills or prompts per day; Lifetime ($79 once) has no daily limit. Both include MCP, so Claude can install and update the skills for you.
Want the whole library?
Lifetime opens every AI Video Effect, AI Motion Graphic and AI Creator Concept, inside Claude via MCP, for one payment of $79.
